Die Energie-AG des Klimabündnisses hat Veranstaltungen zu Stecker-Solargeräten vorbereitet. Darüber möchten wir hier informieren.

Einen ersten erfolgreichen Probelauf haben wurde bereits durchgeführt, die Veranstaltung soll aber mindestens noch einmal wiederholt werden.

Einzelheiten erfährt man aus dem Einladungsflyer.

In den letzten beiden Jahren konnten wir wegen der Pandemie keine Infostände durchführen. Stattdessen haben wir uns im Klimabündnis Dortmund betätigt und an dessen Aufbau mitgewirkt. Wir sind Mitgliedsorganisation im Klimabündnis und hatten uns von Anfang an dessen Gründung beteiligt.
Am 1. Mai 2022 konnten wir erstmals wieder einen Infostand beim Familienfest des DGB im Westfalenpark durchführen. Dafür benötigten wir ein neues Transparent, denn das alte war noch auf die Beteiligung von RWE an DEW21 bezogen.

Wir haben diesen Anlass auch genutzt, um unsere Handreichung zum Anbieterwechsel zu aktualisieren. Das war schwieriger als früher, denn wegen der erheblichen Preisfluktuationen auf dem Strommarkt habe einige der „klassischen“ Anbieter die Aufnahme von Neukunden vorübergehend eingestellt. Wir werden dies beobachten und versuchen, die Handreichungen aktuell zu halten. Über den Button „Ökostrom!“ gelangt man zu den aktualisierten Fassungen, die man von dort herunterladen kann.

Die Website musste aus technischen Gründen (mehr s.u.) auf ein neues Design umgestellt werden. Bei der Umstellung wurde darauf geachtet, dass alle bisherigen Dokumente seit Erstellung der Website weiterhin zugänglich bleiben. Sollte trotzdem irgend etwas nicht auffindbar sein, bitte per Email an  dew-kommunal@gmx.de  melden. Dann kann Abhilfe geschaffen werden.

Das nun sehr schlichte Design erfordert natürlich noch einige Feinarbeit. Insbesondere muss neben anderen Veränderungen auf jeden Fall unser Logo eingefügt werden. Die Verbesserungen werden nach und nach erfolgen.

Rund 120 Personen besuchten unsere gemeinsam mit dem Klimabündnis Dortmund durchgeführte
Veranstaltung am 28. Januar 2020.

Dr. Kurt Berlo vom Wuppertal Institut hielt einen Einführungsvortrag.
Wir können seine Präsentation als PDF-Datei zur Verfügung stellen.
Sie ist in weiten Teilen auch dann verständlich, wenn man den Vortrag nicht gehört hat.

Inzwischen ist ein kurzer Bericht über die Veranstaltung verfügbar.

Am 28. Januar 2020 haben wir erstmals den „Dortmunder Energie-Appell 2019“ veröffentlicht.
Er war Anfang 2019 entstanden und fordert, die erneut gegebene Möglichkeit zu nutzen, den lokalen Energieversorger DEW21 endlich vollständig in kommunales Eigentum zu überführen. Dies ist jetzt erneut möglich, da alle Beteiligungen von Innogy im Zuge des RWE-E.on-Deals an E.on übergehen sollen. Deshalb kann der Anteil von 39,9 % an DEW21, den Innogy derzeit noch hält, von den Dortmunder Stadtwerken (DSW21) übernommen werden, wenn der politische Wille dafür vorhanden ist.
Mehr dazu kann man im Appell selbst nachlesen, der inzwischen von zahlreichen in Dortmund bekannten Personen und Organisationen unterzeichnet wurde. Hier findet man auch eine Zusammenfassung der Gründe, die für die Kommunalisierung sprechen.

Ende 2018 war aufgrund der stark gewachsenen Bewegung für die Bekämpfung des Klimawandels die Idee entstanden, in Dortmund eine Vernetzung von Organisationen anzustreben, die sich mit dieser Thematik befassen.
Zu Beginn des Jahres 2019 begannen die Vorbereitungsgespräche, an denen DEW kommunal von Anfang an beteiligt war.
Am 5. Juli 2019 trat dann das Klimabündnis Dortmund erstmals mit einer Pressekonferenz in die Öffentlichkeit. Dabei entstand das folgende Bild.
